The following video is already a few months old, but it provides a nice view of what the beaches are like close to where we live. The beach in this video is about 45 minutes south of Miri. As you can see it looks like something out of a rum commercial. We have been here quite a lot of times now and there are never any people around. Anywhere else on the planet this beach would be wall to wall people.
As you can see, Sebastian has really taken a liking to the beach. The first few times we took him into the sea he was afraid of the waves. Now we can’t keep him away anymore. If we don’t pay attention to him for just a second he’ll run immediately towards the water.
