If everything is according plan, your papa and mama are underway to come and pick you up.
They are all ready for you at home and can’t wait any longer.
And yes, there they are, all excited papa and mama are coming with the maxi cosy. They are going to change you first and feed you a bottle and after that it’s time.
Dear Sebastian, you’ve been here now for so long that it’s going to take some adjustment when you’re not here and we’ll all miss you very much. You’re a giant and oh so sweet.
Papa and mama are also over the moon for you. I’m very confident that you are going to be alright in the rest of your life with so much love.

Dear Sebastian,
Today is the big day!
Today you are going home after spending a long time in the hospital. I was allowed to take care of you and I really like you a lot. We’ll miss you here. But I’m also very happy for you, your papa and your mama that the time has finally come. You’re surely going to enjoy each others company very much after you’ve been through so much. I admire you all very much.

Hi sunshine!
There you are again, I’ve really missed you all those weeks. And I’ve been thinking about how you were doing. Now I’ve taken care of you two nights. You’ve progressed so much, in width, height and strength.
You dirty man, while changing you you decided to pee straight up onto your nice outfit. So mama gets to do some more laundry. You drank almost all your bottles except at 2am. You were sleeping so nicely.
It’s nice that papa and mama live so near to your temporary address. And it’s also great that you are doing so well.

Dear Sebastian,
You’re back in Delft now, that’s nice! Now we can cuddle with you again 
Today mama gave you a bath, that was yummy!
Today you weight 2328 grams! You have not set of any alarms here so things are going well! That also means that you did not choke. Let’s hope it stays that way.
You’re lying in a blue crib, a cool boys color for a cool boy.
After breast feeding you got to cuddle nicely with papa, which was really nice.
Tomorrow I get to take car of you again, isn’t that nice?

Dear Sebastian,
Darn, today you’re going back to Delft and I still had not written anything in your diary!
I’ve been taking care of you for a few weeks and I’ve seen you grow and grow!! In one day only you grew 65 grams! Your mama and papa are very proud of you and so am I.
You’re yellow color is getting less and less which is of course a great sign. Drinking your bottle is going well now, you’re choking (and setting off alarms) much less now.
Keep it up dear Sebastian and you’ll surely turn into a big boy so you can go to sunny Malaysia with mama and papa.
